About this Role:

We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic SDRs. This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are focused on the preliminary stages of the sales cycle and are the face of Salesgear.io. The SDR team is responsible for identifying opportunities and generating a sales pipeline. This role has the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify the MQLs & book demos for the Account Executives - Inbound
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Do research on companies/ target audience, and build an effective sales pipeline.
  • Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.
  • Be the brand ambassador of Salesgear.io and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.
  • Craft creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.

What we're seeking:

  • 1-4 years of work experience in any customer-facing IT sales role.

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic content writer to create high quality content for blogs, articles about our product/technology/innovation, customer success and thought leadership. The Content Writers' responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust Content as needed, like regularly updating the website and promoting the company Blogs. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating Content. A top-performing Content Writer should contribute to the development that will increase reader engagement, increase form fills and help fulfil the Content Strategy.

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, participating in focus groups, and conducting necessary market research to create unique content ideas. You will be working with marketing, product and technology team members, and senior leaders to craft exciting & engaging content for our customers & help in driving the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

About this Role:

We are currently looking to hire an energetic product marketer who will be responsible for translating the product features and its customer benefits into clear value propositions, messaging and content. Own deliverables like product GTM plans, sales collaterals, website and thought leadership content.

As a product marketer you will be serving as the company's product expert/evangelist involving a lot of customer conversation where you will continuously assess and update existing value propositions to design an effective lifecycle strategy that increases user adoption and retention throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Product launch – drive product launch programs and work with the product management team in planning, release, and go-to-market.
  • Manage go-to-market strategies - owning and executing product marketing by developing product positioning and messaging. Work closely with the demand generation teams and provide marketing support at every step.
  • Content creation - own the creation of the whole spectrum of sales tools and collateral (PowerPoint presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, demos, and training materials) to communicate the value proposition of our products and solutions to customers, prospects, and the sales team.
  • Marketing programs - Develop various email, webinar and other online marketing programs for various campaigns.
  • Market intelligence - Conduct ongoing market research and gain expertise about buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
  • Demand Generation - Work closely with the Business Development and Sales Team right from lead generation to deal closure and provide marketing support at every step.

What we're seeking:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS/Tech
  • Exceptional spoken and written skills
  • Had managed demand generation and content marketing programs
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 1-2 members
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot would be preferred.
