Three quick tests tell you which of the nine causes is yours. Test 1: send to yourself. Email your own Gmail from the problem domain. - SPF is a DNS record listing which servers may send for your domain. One record only; multiple SPF records invalidate each other, and more than 10 DNS lookups inside it breaks validation silently.

2. Your domain reputation is cold or damaged
Mailbox providers score the sending domain, not the message. A brand-new domain has no reputation, so volume from it looks like a spammer spinning up infrastructure: that is why cold domains need warm-up, a gradual ramp of sends and engagement over 2 to 4 weeks before real volume. A damaged reputation (from a past bounce spike or complaint wave) is slower: expect 4 to 8 weeks of low-volume, high-engagement sending to recover, and know that reputation damage outlives the campaign that caused it.
