📨 See why contacts fail in a sequence and fix it early

A new Reason column explains each failed contact, such as a disconnected inbox, a missing field or an incorrect LinkedIn URL. Salesgear now stops you from adding contacts when an email step has no inbox connected, and CSV uploads skip contacts that are missing required fields. When you change an inbox’s limits or add inboxes, queued emails are rescheduled to match.

  • See why a contact failed in a sequence
  • Contacts waiting to start a sequence move onto inboxes you add
  • Queued emails follow the new spacing when you change an inbox interval
  • Scheduled emails adjust when you change an inbox daily limit
  • Sequence emails go out once a contact gets an email address
