📞 Power dialer: call your task list back to back
Start a power dialer session from your call tasks and Salesgear dials each contact for you, one after another. You only step in when someone picks up. Voicemail drop, auto-logging and calling hours handle the rest, so you spend the session talking, not dialing.
What changed
- Call your task list back to back, you only step in when someone answers
- Drop a recorded voicemail with one click, or let it drop automatically
- No answers, busy lines and wrong numbers are logged for you
Start a session
Open Tasks on your active tasks, open the menu next to the start button and choose Power dial. It takes only your call tasks. The dialer calls from your calling number and works through your call tasks in order. If you haven’t added a calling number yet, it asks you to add one first.
During the session
Each number rings for a set time. If no one picks up, the dialer logs the outcome and moves to the next contact after a short countdown. When someone answers, you are connected right away.
| You can | How |
|---|---|
| Pause after this call | Finish the current call and stop before the next one dials |
| Remove someone | Take a contact out of the session before their turn |
| Find a missing number | Look up a phone number for a contact who doesn’t have one, right from the session |
| Review every call | The This session list shows each call, its outcome, your notes and an AI summary for connected calls |
Contacts you skip keep their call tasks due, so nothing falls through.
Voicemail drop
Record a message once and drop it in seconds, in the power dialer and in click-to-call. Set it up in Settings, Dialer, on the Voicemail tab.
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Detect voicemail | Knows when a call went to voicemail instead of a person, and gives you a Drop voicemail button. A live person hears a short pause before connecting. | On |
| Auto voicemail drop | Drops your default message without asking, after the beep, then hangs up and logs Left voicemail | Off |
| Include mobile numbers in auto drop | Lets auto drop leave messages on mobile numbers too. Prerecorded messages to US mobiles need prior consent. | Off |
| My recordings | Record in the app or upload an MP3 or WAV, up to 90 seconds. Only you can drop your recordings, and your default plays on auto drop. | None yet |
Tip: keep messages to 30 seconds or less, since short messages get heard.
Auto-logging
Calls that don’t connect are logged for you, so your activity stays accurate without extra clicks.
| When the call ends as | It logs |
|---|---|
| No answer | No answer |
| Busy | Busy |
| Failed or invalid number | Wrong number, and marks the number bad so next time it tries the contact’s other number |
After a connected call, choose how logging works. Wait until I log the outcome keeps you in control. Auto-log connected calls when the AI is confident pre-picks the outcome from the call and logs it after a 5-second countdown, with Change and Log now buttons. If the AI isn’t confident, it still asks you.
Who gets called
Set these on the Power Dialer tab under Settings, Dialer.
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Calling hours | Only calls during these hours in the contact’s local time | 8:00 to 20:00 |
| Skip if called in the last | Skips anyone you already called recently | 24 hours |
| Skip contacts who replied or opted out | Leaves out people who answered your outreach or asked not to be contacted | On |
| Number order | Which of a contact’s numbers to try first | Phone, Mobile, Other |
| No answer on the first number | Try the next number right away, or move on | Move on |
| Call no-answers again at the end | Goes back to everyone who didn’t pick up once the list is done | Off |
| Ring each number for | How long each number rings before it logs No answer and moves on | 25 seconds |
| Countdown before the next call | A short pause between calls | 3 seconds |
Contacts without a phone number
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Skip | The contact is skipped, their task stays due and they show in the session summary. This is the default. |
| Ask me | The dialer asks you what to do for each one |
| Find while calling | Looks numbers up one at a time, ahead of their turn. This uses enrichment credits. If no number is found, the contact is skipped. |
Calling is available on plans that include the dialer.
